Fully furnished, including Keurig, three smart TVs, towels and linens. All utilities, garbage service, WiFi internet, Hulu and Prime TV are included. Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom with double jacuzzi tub with bay view. Off-street parking. Kitchen, dinning room, piano, game table, office work stations, laundry room with washer and dryer. Full-length rear deck, private garden with fish pond, and BBQ. No parties. No pets. No indoor smoking. No overnight guests.

Queen bed with bay view, private entrance, private deck. Maximum occupancy 2.

Second bedroom has queen bed and sauna for two with choice of infrared or steam hot-rock heating.

$2950/month including utilities, 30-day minimum stay, $2950 refundable deposit, $40 application fee per adult occupant for background/credit check.
