This is a working farm with geese, chickens as well as a large blueberry patch and fruit orchard. The farm structures and fenced areas are excluded from use. There is a resident farm manager in his private RV and separate fenced area who tends to the animals and grounds. Shared areas include a BBQ area with outdoor furniture, and a small redwood grove, A short walk to the beach, bus stop and a small market. 966 sq. ft.home. No parties. No pets. No indoor smoking. No overnight guests.
$1750/month plus utilities, 30-day minimum stay, $1750 refundable deposit, $300 utility deposit, $40 application fee per adult occupant for background/credit check.
