Fully furnished, including towels and linens, just bring your suitcase. All utilities, garbage service, WiFi internet, Hulu and Prime TV are included. Off-street parking for one vehicle. Shared use of main kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities. Shared areas include use of picnic table and other outdoor furniture, vegetable garden and tree-studded trails down to a year-round creek. The home is located up a hill, out of the tsunami zone, and you can hear the surf on the North Spit. Quite and secure neighborhood. Not suitable for children. No parties. Pets on approval. No indoor smoking. No overnight guests.

Queen bed, full bath, private entrance, private covered deck. It has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

$1050 per month with a 30-day minimum, $1050 refundable deposit, $40 application fee per adult occupant for background/credit check.

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
